  • Flocculant mixing plants

    We can supply flocculant mixing plants with capacities from one to fifty tonnes per month. We can also supply mixing systems for various flotation chemicals.
  • Cyanide destruction

    In conjunction with Solvay Interox we offer cyanide destruction technology using copper catalysed hydrogen peroxide and Caro’s acid.
  • Assisted leaching using peroxide

    Gold dissolution using cyanide requires the presence of an oxidant and invariably the oxidant used is dissolved oxygen. In a typical CIL or CIP agitated leach operation the oxygen is provided by compressed air or oxygen addition. In heap leach operations the oxidant is usually the air present in the heap. In any cyanidation process it is crucial to have both cyanide and an oxidant, in the conditions prevalent in most cyanide plants the rate of gold extraction is controlled by the dissolved oxygen content of the pulp. The addition of peroxide at the start of the leach process can improve the kinetics and recovery of gold and we can supply a tried and tested system to optimize peroxide addition.
  • Cyanide sparging

    We have been closely involved in introducing Orica’s cyanide sparge technology into West Africa. This procedure has advantages in both safe delivery to the Minesite and avoiding disposal of packaging material on the Minesite.
  • Total supply package

    We have been involved in total reagent supply packages for a number of mines in remote locations, these include, Bulyanhulu in Tanzania, Bisha in Eritrea, Sabodala Mine in Senegal, Twangiza in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Karma Mine in Burkina Faso and a number of mines in Zimbabwe. For these mines we supplied the major part of their reagent requirements during commissioning and for the early stages of operation.
